When will I receive my order?

 

You should receive your item within 2/3 working days. If you still have't received anything after 5 working days please contact us and we will look into it for you.

 

All items are sent by the Royal Mail tracked and signed-for service.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

 

All orders will require a signature when they are delivered.

If you are not at home Royal Mail will leave a card for you to collect your parcel from your local post office or you can have it redelivered. You must collect your parcel within 7 days as after this time Royal Mail will return your parcel to us. If this does happen please contact us and we will happily redeliver the product for you.

What if it does not arrive?

 

If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post please email us via the contact page. We will investigate the matter for you. Unfortunately refunds cannot be given, if they are due, until the investigated has been completed. We will keep you informed.

 

What is your returns policy?

Our items are pre-loved so they will naturally have signs of wear. If this is the case all Imperfections will be included in the descriptions, so please read them carefully. 

 

However if you are still not happy with your product we do accept returns however the product must be returned back to us within 14 days of receiving the product.
